Nate Winter, Special Agent, South Dakota Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI) Nate is a narcotics agent for the DCI in the Northeast SD area and is currently assigned to the Watertown Field Office. Nate has been with the DCI for more than 5 years and spent his first several years investigating major crimes in Northeast SD. Nate was born and raised in the Sioux Falls SD area. Prior to becoming a DCI agent, Nate graduated from Augustana University with a degree in both Government/International Affairs and Sociology.

Ralph Dupres, Special Agent, South Dakota Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI) Ralph is a DCI agent assigned to the Southern Black Hills area. Ralph has 8 years of law enforcement experience and was with the Rapid City Police Department prior to being employed by DCI. Ralph was raised in Rapid City, SD and holds an associated degree through Western Dakota Technical Institute.
