Toby Russell, South Dakota ICAC Task Force Commander, South Dakota Division of Criminal Investigation Toby has been a law enforcement officer in South Dakota for the past 24 years and is currently a Special Assistant Attorney General with the South Dakota DCI. Toby is the supervisor of the DCI Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) and Predatory Crimes Unit and he is the Commander of the statewide South Dakota ICAC Task Force. Toby has been a member of the South Dakota ICAC Task Force since 2007 and has specialized in investigations involving Internet crimes against children and other investigations that involve the Internet and digital evidence. Toby has spent the majority of his law enforcement career conducting investigations involving technology facilitated incidents of sexual abuse and sexual exploitation of minors.
Clint Sperle, Child/Adolescent Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Mental Health, & Qualified Mental Health Professional, Siouxland Child & Adolescent Therapy Services, LLC Clint received his degree in Counseling and Psychology in Education and is a Licensed Professional Counselor-MH. He has worked with children and adolescents in individual, group and family settings for the past 24 years. Special areas of interest include working with children and adolescents in areas related to: abuse issues, trauma, evaluations and therapy for children with sexualized behaviors, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, divorce issues, behavioral issues and adjustment issues. Clint also works with children, adolescents and adults with developmental disabilities. Clint is excited to announce that he will be starting a new practice in the fall of 2022 with fellow therapist Tara Olson-Larson called Siouxland Child & Adolescent Therapy Services.
